Pioneer Maintenance & Erectors began operations in 1982 as a millwrighting company involved in the assembly, alignment and precision installation of machinery. The company expanded its services to include fabrication, machine shop services, rigging and hauling.

Originally located on 2 acres in Mt. Laurel, NJ with a 5000 sq. ft. office/shop facility, PME relocated to its current headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ in 1996. The corporate offices, machine shops and warehouses now consist of over 80,000 sq. ft. on more than 11 acres.
